Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trantools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trantools provides software tools for authorised servicing of Infinix, Tecno and Itel mobile devices, including but not limited to IMEI writing, anti-crack repair, and firmware flashing ("the Tools"). The Tools are made available via a desktop application and an accompanying web dashboard for account management and usage monitoring.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits & Payments

Usage of certain operations requires the purchase of credits. Credits are purchased via the dashboard and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. A credit is deducted only when an operation completes successfully; failed attempts are not charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Tools for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Use the Tools on devices for which you do not have lawful authority to service;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Tools or any associated software;
• Attempt to circumvent credit billing, authentication, or security mechanisms;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Tools without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Trantools and its licensors. No license or right to any intellectual property is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Trantools does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trantools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, or service interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
